Ingredients
- 60ml SoGood Saké
- 40ml Plymouth Gin (or your favourite Martini gin)
- ½ tsp Maraschino Cherry liqueur
- 1 Cherry blossom
Steps
- Chill a Coupe Glass.
- Combine the SoGood Saké, gin, and liqueur in a mixing glass or shaker filled with ice.
- Stir or gently shake the shaker until the liquid is chilled for 15-30 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled coupe.
- Garnish with a gin blossom.
Alternative: Use your favourite martini vodka!

- 1/2 inch of cucumber
- 50ml SoGood Saké
- 50ml Strong Green Tea
- Elderflower Tonic
Steps
- Slice cucumber and muddle with the green tea in a tin.
- Strain the Green Tea/Cucumber mixture into a Collins glass with ice.
- Add sake and top with elderflower tonic.

- 60ml Aperol
- 60ml Soda Water
- 1 Grapefruit or Orange Wedge (for garnish)

Steps
- Pour the Aperol into the wineglass.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- Pour the sake and seltzer into the glass, gently stir
- Garnish with the fruit wedge

Ingredients
- 50ml SoGood Saké
- 100ml Tomato Juice
- 10ml Light Soy Sauce
- 10ml Rice Vinegar
- Black pepper and Tabasco to taste
Steps
- Rub the outside of a Collins glass with lemon and sprinkle with pepper.
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Flip the shaker gently for 15 seconds.
- Taste and adjust pepper and Tabasco.
- Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice.
- Garnish with a stick of celery

Ingredients
- 80ml SoGood Saké
- 1 Sugar Cube
- 3 Dashes Angostura Bitters
- 2 Dashes Orange Bitters
- 1 Lemon Peel (for garnish)
- 1 Low Ball Glass (for serving)
Steps
- Add the sugar cube to the bottom of the glass.
- Dash the bitters directly onto the sugar cube.
- Pour the SoGood Saké slowly over the bitter sugar cube.
- Squeeze the lemon peel over the glass, and drop the peel in as a garnish.
Alternative: Mix the sake, bitters, and sugar cube in a cocktail shaker with ice. Muddle the sugar, shake vigorously, strain and serve neat or over rocks. Squeeze lemon peel and garnish.

- 80ml SoGood Saké
- 1 Mint Bouquet
- 1 tsp Fresh Lime Juice
- 10ml Agave Nectar
- Tom Collins Glass or Julep Tin (for serving)
Steps
- Rub the interior of the glass with a mint bouquet, place it at the bottom of the glass, and muddle for extra mint flavour.
- Fill the glass with crushed ice.
- In a separate glass or shaker, add sake, agave, and lime juice, and stir well.
- Pour the liquid over ice, and garnish with extra mint leaves.
