THE LOW-CAL, LOW-ABV MINT JULEP YOU PROBABLY DIDN’T KNOW YOU NEEDED. LESS PUNCHY THAN ITS BOURBON-BASED COUSIN, YOU CAN SIP THIS ONE UNTIL THE SUN GOES DOWN.
Ingredients
- 80ml SoGood Saké
- 1 Mint Bouquet
- 1 tsp Fresh Lime Juice
- 10ml Agave Nectar
- Tom Collins Glass or Julep Tin (for serving)
Steps
- Rub the interior of the glass with a mint bouquet, place it at the bottom of the glass, and muddle for extra mint flavour.
- Fill the glass with crushed ice.
- In a separate glass or shaker, add sake, agave, and lime juice, and stir well.
- Pour the liquid over ice, and garnish with extra mint leaves.
