SoGood Sake Spritz
THE CLASSIC (YET SUDDENLY RESURGENT) APEROL SPRITZ GETS A SOGOOD FACELIFT. IN OUR IMPARTIAL JUDGMENT, THIS VERSION RULES.
Ingredients
- 80ml SoGood Saké
- 60ml Aperol
- 60ml Soda Water
- 1 Grapefruit or Orange Wedge (for garnish)
- 1 White Wineglass (for serving)
Steps
- Pour the Aperol into the wineglass.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- Pour the sake and seltzer into the glass, gently stir
- Garnish with the fruit wedge
