The New Tradition 

OUR SPIN ON AN OLD FASHIONED. YES, YOUR READ THAT RIGHT. SIMPLE, BALANCED, AND DELIGHTFUL.

Ingredients
  • 80ml SoGood Saké
  • 1 Sugar Cube
  • 3 Dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 2 Dashes Orange Bitters
  • 1 Lemon Peel (for garnish)
  • 1 Champagne Flute or Wine Glass (for serving)
Steps
  1. Add the sugar cube to the bottom of the glass.
  2. Dash the bitters directly onto the sugar cube.
  3. Pour the SoGood Saké slowly over the bitter sugar cube.
  4. Squeeze the lemon peel over the glass, and drop the peel in as a garnish.

Alternative: Mix the sake, bitters, and sugar cube in a cocktail shaker with ice. Muddle the sugar, shake vigorously, strain and serve neat or over rocks. Squeeze lemon peel and garnish.
