Ingredients
- 80ml SoGood Saké
- 1 Sugar Cube
- 3 Dashes Angostura Bitters
- 2 Dashes Orange Bitters
- 1 Lemon Peel (for garnish)
- 1 Champagne Flute or Wine Glass (for serving)
Steps
- Add the sugar cube to the bottom of the glass.
- Dash the bitters directly onto the sugar cube.
- Pour the SoGood Saké slowly over the bitter sugar cube.
- Squeeze the lemon peel over the glass, and drop the peel in as a garnish.
Alternative: Mix the sake, bitters, and sugar cube in a cocktail shaker with ice. Muddle the sugar, shake vigorously, strain and serve neat or over rocks. Squeeze lemon peel and garnish.
