Introducing SoGood Saké
London, Meet SoGood Saké
Perfect for low ABV cocktails
What is SoGood Sake?
Sake is a versatile alcoholic beverage made from rice. It consists of four ingredients: rice, water, yeast, and a fermenting agent called koji.
Sip a Saké Spritz
Pour 50ml SoGood Saké over ice, mix with a tonic of your choice, we love elderflower. There you have an incredibly light alternative to the classic G&T. Simple as that.

Great
AMAZING
AMAZING! I was surprised, very refreshing and easy to drink… it tasted great with lemonade, ice, mint and a slice of lemon… Already thinking of all the cocktails I could make. Margarita anyone?
I felt good the next morning as the drink is very clean and low alcohol. A new favourite.

I bought the product for a cocktail party…
I bought this product for a cocktail party to make some cocktails with a difference. The drinks we made were delicious. The bottle and branding are fantastic and will definitely be back!!

Recently turned Sake lover ?
Can’t say I’d have ever reached for this myself but a friend made me a deliciously refreshing cocktail and I am now a Sake lover! I also like the lower alcohol content. I will now purchase myself and can’t wait to bring it out when hosting my next dinner party!??

Premium sake starts with great rice and great soil.
That’s where our journey to brew premium sake began. We had the soil. On our farm in California’s fertile Sacramento Valley, where much of the world’s highest quality sushi rice is already grown. We had the water. Fresh spring water is fed from the Sierra Nevada Mountains.
Then we found the rice. Yamada Nishiki, a Japanese varietal that’s been used since 1923 to make Japan’s highest quality sakes. We grow this rice ourselves on soil we have farmed for five generations.
