In the mood for a unique cocktail?
This summer, we’ve partnered with London’s luxurious boutique hotel, St. Martins Lane Hotel, to create the ultimate saké spritz terrace.
The terrace brings a taste of premium California-style saké to the heart of Covent Garden with a curated menu of refreshing cocktails.
The pop-up transports guests from the bustling streets of London to the easygoing Sacramento, in California.
The menu offering includes the brand’s signature serve, the “SoGood Saké Spritz”, alongside ten original serves created by the hotel’s Head Bartender, which celebrate the Sacramento spirit through unique flavours.
Each cocktail captures the essence of one of the city’s neighbourhoods a vibrant tomato cocktail embodies the hustle of Downtown Sacramento, a honey and pepper margarita represents the diversity of North Oak Park, and squash and herbs mirror the natural landscape of Rancho Cordova.
Guests are transported to balmy evenings gazing at Sacramento’s twilights with Sake Sunset, a cold-brew-style cocktail created by the saké expert Samuel Boulton.
SoGood Saké is a modern take on one of the world’s oldest alcoholic drinks.
It’s made using Yamada Nishiki rice grown by one of its co-founders, Ken LaGrande, in the Sacramento Valley. This unique rice, combined with fresh spring water from the iconic Cascade Mountain Range and California’s warm climate, helps SoGood achieve its distinctive taste.
Guests can also enjoy SoGood Saké at London’s top cocktail bars and restaurants including The Mondrian. Alternatively, the premium sake can be purchased on the Whisky Exchange, on Master of Malt and on Drinks One.
